   Constables participated in the first Reserve Constable
                                   Development Course

Held in 2006, this course was designed to provide constables with the knowledge and skills  needed  to fully  participate in  their roles as front-line Officers.
 
Officers were equipped with the necessary information and skills needed
to enhance their  operational skills as Constables.
